Week#2 results

Week #2 was a better week. No money won but am starting to get a little closer. I have been taking too many favorites. This year it seems hardly anyone can cover the spread. Need to adjust! Bets will be posted Friday.

Week #2 bets

UPDATE: Still alive in the top bet...... could have been in the running for about 300 bux had NY Giants not sucked so terribly. Getting a good idea on who/what to bet on now. Would have been in a few more bets had a few teams not given up garbage points nearing the end of games.

My head is hurting like no tomorrow. I didn't really like many of the matchups this week, but I made a few bets. I think about 40 bux worth. Had some extra monies so I thought I would see what happens. My lock pick of the week is the OVER on the Saints vs 49er's game. If their points total doesn't go over 44, I'll shit a brick and never bet again.

True Week #1

Update!!: FAILED! I guess just with college football, the NFL can be unpredictable as well during week 1. I think this week I am going to change strategies a little bit and go back to what I did last year. Pick the best 6 games from college and the best 6 games from the NFL and just do a bunch of bets on those games. I think I'm opening up to too many unknowns by betting on so many different games. Still have 60 bux left.

Posted below are my true week #1 bets. Last week was just a failed warm-up! My lock pick of the week is the Colts against the Texans. Manning usually has huge games against them, so it should be a safe cover. I'll be posting an update Saturday night after I get back from the OSU vs Miami game.
